I’m a certified chocoholic, so bear with me if it seems like there is too much chocolate here.

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cake - My signature cake.  I have a few friends who won’t let me come to their party without bringing one of these.  This can be made simple in a bundt pan or as a special layer cake.  Makes a spectacular wedding cake!

Chocolate Mousse - Pure chocolaty goodness

Apple Crisp – Made with freshly picked apples when in season.  Topped with an oatmeal nut crumb topping.

Creme Brulee – Creamy custard with a sweet burnt sugar topping

Lemon Tarts – Freshly made lemon curd in a flaky tart shell.  Just sweet enough.

Caramel Chocolate Bread Pudding - A modern take of a classic American Dessert

Truffle Pie – A rich chocolate filling in a crumb crust

Mandel Bread – Not your traditional toasted mandel bread.  This one is full of cherries, chocolate chips and almonds topped with cinnamon sugar.  It’s moist and addicting

Biscotti – Traditional Italian cookie.  Perfect for dunking in your coffee

14 Carrot Cake – This special cake is from the Carrot Festival at Agudat Achim Synagogue.  It has pineapple, coconut, walnuts and did I mention carrots?  It’s frosted with a luscious cream cheese frosting.  Yummy!

Seasonal Pies – I try to use the freshest seasonal fruit in my pies
