		<description>You&#039;re right, I got it backwards. Though, I can&#039;t imagine calling the cuisine of Myanmar, Myanmarese? If you shorten it to Myan food it can be confused with the Ancient Mayan civilization of Latin America. I&#039;ll stick with Burmese. :)</description>
